(oral and poster)
Oral presentations
Each presentation will have a 15-minute slot, which includes both the presentation itself and time for questions. We recommend keeping your presentation to 10 minutes to allow ample time for audience interaction.
Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF format, ensuring compatibility with Windows computers. A Windows laptop will be provided to display your presentation, so there’s no need to bring your own device. However, it’s a good idea to have a backup of your file.
Poster presentations
Poster presentations should be prepared according to the following instructions. We will provide grids and materials for hanging your poster, which will be up for display during the whole meeting.
Submission of abstracts
In the attached file you will find the instructions for the abstract format.
The abstracts must be submitted using the following template.
Registration and payment
Only transfers or deposits to the following account will be accepted.
Please make sure that you cover wire transfer commissions (1% of the total value) when order is done since the organization does not accept shared expenses for wire transfers.
